Our Inspectors are members of the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) and inspect in accordance with the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP).

Condo Common Area Inspections
High Tech will work with your condo association and or property manager to customize your common area inspection needs. This may include checking: roofing, stairwells and walkways, railings, parking areas, storage areas, crawl spaces, plumbing, lighting, and electrical. We report on issues such as rust and corrosion, cracked and spalling concrete, exposed rebar, damage and deteriorated roofing, moisture issues, loose and damaged railings, and more. We provide a detailed report with pictures. This service is designed to help your association plan for and prioritize repairs and improvements and document your associations due diligence.
Tenant Inspections – Before, During or After Occupancy
Our Move In Move Out Inspections create a licensed third-party photographic record and report of property conditions. We work with landlords to document property conditions and needed maintenance prior to occupancy. For tenants we document the condition of the property prior to occupancy and can document its condition when you move out. We also are available for inspections of occupied rental properties to help either party identify and document issues of concern.
